Submission & evaluation process:
The goal of the PARSEC Open Calls is to support European SMEs in the development of innovative Earth Observation services and products dedicated to Energy, Environment and Food markets by using a cross-border and/or cross-market collaboration.
PARSEC is a two-stage accelerator with the Open Call #1 (CALL FOR SOLE APPLICANTS) introducing its first stage. The Open Call #1 will select 100 beneficiaries that will access first stage support services of the accelerator.
To apply companies have to introduce their vision for innovation in a video of maximum 3 minutes, which will be evaluated using a peer-to-peer methodology.
Evaluation will be performed by using a peer-to-peer methodology. Further information will be available in the open guide for applicants.
Submission and evaluation will be done on the PARSEC evaluation platform.
Following the first stage of the accelerator, the participants will be invited to apply for the Open Call #2 (CALL FOR CONSORTIA) selecting 15 winning consortia.
The maximum amount of funding that each SME may receive is €60 000 (€10 000 from the Open Call #1 and €50 000 from the Open Call #2).

Task description: The PARSEC Accelerator aims to expand the use of Earth Observation for new products and services of the Energy, Environment and Food sectors by providing European SMEs access to Knowledge, Markets, Technology and Capital.
